Shipping policy

Online orders will be processed between 1-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. As soon as we are able to send out your orders, we will e-mail you.

Typically shipping time from the moment, we send it out to the moment it is delivered to your home is within 5-10 days, with the exception of customized and monogrammed orders, depending on what you select in the checkout process. However, shipping time is separate from processing time, therefore, if you select 3-day shipping at checkout, that does not mean you get the item in 3 days, it will take 3 days to ship after the time it takes us to process it.
