Shipping policy

Online orders will be processed between 1-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. As soon as we are able to send out your orders, we will e-mail you. If you reside in the United States, we will provide a tracking number for your package to your registered e-mail. 

Typically shipping time from the moment, we send it out to the moment it is delivered to your home is within 3-8 days, with the exception of customized and monogrammed orders, depending on what you select in the checkout process. However, shipping time is separate from processing time, therefore, if you select 3-day shipping at checkout, that does not mean you get the item in 3 days, it will take 3 days to ship after the time it takes us to process it.

** Certain times of the year depending on seasons and holidays can be busier than normal and take more time to process and/or ship. Therefore, we will try to make announcements regarding this on the main page.
