Refund policy

Here at The Paperly & Co., we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, however we understand that mistakes can happen during packaging at the warehouse or in shipment. Therefore, we do accept returns under the conditions below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!*
*this is in regards to items that have been marked down or marked as on clearance. This does not include items for which a coupon or discount code was used to purchase.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then you have within 14 days to return the item and send us an email in regard to your return. We would love to help you process your return quickly, and the best way to do this is to communicate via email. Therefore, any refund requests may be sent directly to us at thepaperlyandco@gmail.com! This way for damaged or wrong items we may receive your photos and give you a detailed written response on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your return, then we will issue you a refund via the payment method that you used to place the order. Therefore, gifted items will be refunded to the original purchaser.

WITHIN 24-48 HOURS WITH OUR WORKING HOURS BEING MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM TO 6PM EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS AND EXPRESSED DAYS ON OUR HOME PAGE.

The items unless they were originally received damaged, must be returned in original condition. Therefore, any apparel must have the original tags on them. Any home décor or gift items must also be returned in the original condition, this includes no damages or soiled items, such as dirt and animal hair.  We take great care in sending you your items, so we ask that you return them with just as much care, by packing the items, especially fragile items carefully as to not damage them in the return process. Any items that are returned damaged, that are not originally received as damaged will be subject to a possible fine or rejection of a refund.

Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be communicated in an email interaction between us and the customer returning the item. Items that are subject to the restocking fee will have the cost of the restocking fee subtracted from the refund of the item.

LARGE ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER FEES DUE TO THE SIZE AND/OR WEIGHT OF THE ITEMS.

 

If an item is damaged, please send us an email at thepaperlyandco@gmail.com with the name of the item and the order number or the name of the purchaser. We ask that you please attach photos of the damaged item for our records and review.

 You may use any shipping carrier that you like to return the package, such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. However, please note that we need your name on the return label so that we can match it with your order when it arrives to our warehouse.
